How to Volunteer

This event is 100% volunteer run!  We need your help!

To help sort donations, come by to the yard sale location (8870 E 500 S, Huntsville) any time July 6-10, 2024.  You will unpack boxes and bags of donations and organize donations by category in the appropriate areas.  Yard sale organizers will be on hand to help with any questions.

To help with cleanup, come at 1 PM on Saturday, July 13, 2024.  Bring work gloves.  You will pack up leftover donations into trucks and trailers to drive down to Deseret Industries and Goodwill.  You will also help take down canopies and haul clothing racks, water barrels, and other items into our storage area in the loft of the barn.

If you have a trailer and are willing to haul a load of leftover donations down to thrift stores in Ogden after the sale, please contact Chelsea (385.288.8415).

We will have free snacks, water, and sunscreen available for all volunteers!
